At Shinsei, we understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order, please review the following policy. Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at takshaclothing@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds for Cancelled Orders If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
